Pupil Premium
At Radley CE Primary School, our aim is that every child can thrive and achieve their full potential. Guided by the belief that "I come to give life; in its fullness" (John 10:10), we have established a culture of high aspirations and ambitions for all our pupils, regardless of their background. We strongly believe that reaching your potential is not about where you come from, but instead about developing the necessary attitude, opportunities, skills and values to succeed in life.
For our children who are entitled to pupil premium funding, we recognise the importance of providing personalised support or interventions to overcome any barriers to learning; whether academic, social, or emotional. Our dedicated staff work closely with these students, tailoring interventions to meet their specific needs.
In addition to this academic support, we strive to offer enriching opportunities through a rich and varied curriculum. We believe that a well-rounded education is key to nurturing the talents and interests of our pupils, enabling them to flourish both within and beyond the classroom. This could be through supporting with the cost of trips, clubs and wraparound care.
By implementing our Pupil Premium Strategy, we aim to ensure that all our pupils, regardless of their background or circumstance, receive the highest quality education and enjoy equal opportunities for success.
