Windrush (R)

Windrush Class

At Radley CE Primary, we are dedicated to providing a rich and fulfilling education that goes beyond academic achievement. Our Windrush class, the Reception class, is a shining example of how we strive to bring our school's vision and values to life.

Learning through Play

The Windrush class, taught by Miss Healy with Mrs Nash on Fridays, is a vibrant and engaging learning environment that embraces the power of play. Supported by Miss Spiers and Mrs Cavaliere, our Reception pupils are given the opportunity to explore, discover, and grow through a variety of indoor and outdoor learning experiences.

Nurturing Potential

Aligned with our school's vision of "life in all its fullness," the Windrush class fosters an atmosphere of warmth, respect, and resilience. We believe that every child has unique talents and passions, and we are committed to creating an environment where they can thrive and reach their full potential.

Partnering with Parents

As a small, friendly village school, we value the strong relationships we build with our families. Through the use of Tapestry, an online learning journal, we regularly update parents on their children's progress and learning experiences. This open communication and collaboration are essential in supporting the holistic development of our Windrush pupils.

Embracing our Christian Ethos

Radley CE Primary is deeply rooted in its Christian values, and this is reflected in the Windrush class. Our pupils are encouraged to develop their sense of respect, resilience, and the importance of positive relationships - the "Radley R's" that guide our school community.
